Marketing at Brex

The Marketing team tells the Brex story. Our marketers-across Brand, Product Marketing, Content, and Growth-are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We're a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing, you will be responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, and product leadership to commercialize Brex's expense management solution.

ResponsibilitiesCraft clear and compelling positioning and messaging that communicates the value and benefits of Brex's expense management solutionDevelop, maintain, and communicate the expense management product roadmap to internal stakeholders and customer accountsPartner with brand, field, and account-based marketing teams to design campaigns that speak to leaders in finance and accountingLaunch new expense management capabilities to drive customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts & industry verticalsSupport our sales and solutions consulting teams in account strategy, sales presentations and demos, and customer RFIs/RFPsRequirements

5+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B softwareStrong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiencesExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsAptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritizationAbility to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholdersBonus points

Experience in high growth startups and Financial Software and Services

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $165,884 - $207,355. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
