Join our mission to provide hope and inspiration to cancer survivors who are #DestinedToMakeaDifference.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role, located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work. As an Email and Website Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing our website and email marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that will be engaging and informative to our audience. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and updating website content, optimizing the user experience, developing and implementing email marketing strategies, and measuring campaign performance.Cancer for College is a small company with less than ten employees. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive capacity with staff on all events, programs and campaigns hosted by the organization.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns inclusive of managing email lists.Create compelling email content including newsletters, promo emails and drip campaigns.Analyze email performance metrics and report them to the executive team.Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategyOversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company website.Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.Monitor website metrics and analytics to track traffic engagement and conversion rates.Collaborate with all staff to ensure web content is up to date and aligned with branding.QualificationsExperience in marketing automation, lead generation, and digital marketingStrong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM)Proven experience in website management and email marketing.Proficiency in content creative software and email marketing platforms.Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot/MCAE, WordPress.Experience with SEO and digital analytics best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members across departments.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.Familiarity with cancer survivorship issues is a plus.
