Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in building the firm's digital marketing efforts by executing email campaigns, contributing to website strategy, and assisting with CRM responsibilities. Additionally, they will offer training to new hires and refresher courses for existing team members, and developing and implementing strategic analytics frameworks.

The Specialist will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology platforms to drive strategic objectives. This person will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team and liaise with internal IT resources and external vendors in order to drive data synergy to progress the Marketing team's ability to attribute business impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:Implement digital marketing tools and processes in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Manager, providing strategic input and support.Lead the project management for process and tool implementation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate and analyze data for reporting purposes and lead the development of the reporting framework.Report on performance analytics for Firm mailings (open/bounce-back/bad email stats and other mailing analytics), and to work with senior PR and BD leaders to strategize and execute more robust reporting.Develop and coordinate training sessions on various digital marketing and CRM functions, dependent on needs of the team.Administer email marketing templates and campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics.Assist in CRM responsibilities such as ensuring data quality, data entry, maintaining client records, and generating reports.Support in optimizing current technologies to support digital marketing initiatives.Provide technical assistance during digital marketing and CRM activities.Receive feedback and guidance from senior team members to enhance skills and performance.Offer insights and suggestions to management on digital marketing strategies and best practices and carry out the implementation.Qualifications:

Education:

4-year Bachelor Degree requiredExperience:

5+ years of experience in a corporate, professional services environment, with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Vuture), CRM systems (e.g. InterAction, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).Strong analytical skills, with an ability to contribute to both detailed and big-picture discussions.Attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and handle multiple assignments.Proficiency in email marketing management and administration, deep understanding of CRM platforms.

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

New York Salary Range

$95,000-$105,000 USD
