The Wilner Group has teamed up with a full-service building automation, design-build, and mechanical contracting firm trusted by Fortune 500 clients seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position requires someone who has experience to come in and hit the ground running. This is an on-site, full time and permanent position based out of South Amboy, NJ. Compensation is $50k-$75K based on experience + great benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and matching 401K.

Requirements:Supports the sales process and ensures customer satisfaction, keeping relevant KPIs current and communicating with senior management during scheduled meetings.Administers and maintains customer information and workflows in the CRM Program (HubSpot)Assists as a liaison between internal departments and ensures seamless delivery of bid and sales status and deadlines across teams as requested.Participates in training on the HubSpot updates and new features and rolls them out to the team as applicable and necessary.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related field.Familiarity with the Sales/Estimating/Marketing +2 years.Experience with CRM software required (HubSpot).Proficient with PowerPoint.Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams.Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written, and can interact with all types of customers, internal and external.
