Job Summary

The Tucson Roadrunners are seeking a full-time, in-house video producer, editor and creative director to create compelling content for our digital media platforms, in-arena use and television broadcasts. The Video Creative Director will be responsible for the creation and distribution of video content for the Roadrunners. This position will be responsible for demonstrating and maintaining a high standard of creative ability, meeting deadlines, following instructions and collaborating with other members of our Marketing Team. The Video Creative Director will coordinate production schedules and organize cataloging and storage of media. This position calls for a combination of creative vision, organizational ability and technical proficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities:Primary shooter/editor for videos needed by Media Relations, Game Presentation, Ticket Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing and Community Relations.Assist with the gathering/production/loading of visual assets on game days.Shoot all home games for team website and AHL.com.Create and develop fresh/relevant ideas that take us beyond the sport.Conceptualize, capture, produce, and edit in-game creative content projects.Shoot and edit videos with players and coaches for various team usage.Coordinate and manage production schedule.Assist/coordinate loading of game-day elements to control room video servers with Game Presentation.Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

Strong experience in Adobe Premiere (experience in other aspects of Adobe Creative Suite preferred)Experience shooting with DSLR and/or Mirrorless Cameras and Photo LensesAbility to work independently and see projects through completion.Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas and narrativesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.Strong passion for film history and knowledge of the various techniques associated with a broad variety of film genresMust be able to lift and carry equipment up to 30 lbs.Education and Formal Training:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in video and television production.Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years production experience, ENG video production.Material and Equipment Used:
