Why this role matters:

The Marketing Manager, Applications Campaigns is responsible for building and driving integrated marketing campaigns including planning, execution and measurement processes for the Applications (UCaaS/CCaaS/AI) business as well as optimizing regional Demand Generation channel spend. In this high impact role, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional programs across Vonage.

You are well-rounded with tactical prowess and a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing best in class segment and/or integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our key markets and targeted personas while closely monitoring and optimizing cost per acquisition. What you will do:Develop and ensure effective execution of end to end integrated marketing plans across a mix of channels (email social, display, content syndication, search, ABM) to support the business objectives and sales targets.Responsible for initiative/campaign plans and briefs, developed in collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content & Design teams, that are aligned to overarching go-to-market strategies and annual goals / priorities.Work collaboratively with Demand Generation Center of Excellence team members to lead digital channel optimization of regional media spend to meet business goals (eg. sourced marketing leads, pipeline, and bookings)Consistently measure and meet established weekly and monthly contact, lead generation, capture and other KPIs (OKRs).Support team efforts to assess the effectiveness of current research efforts and identify improved methods, information sources and strategiesWork with Marketing and Finance stakeholders to closely manage budgets and shape campaign themes for quarterly and year long timeframesPartner with marketing operations, business intelligence, and third party vendors to develop measurement dashboards to be used for both tactical read-outs and executive level reviews.Monitor reports and information to identify trends, issues and challenges, preparing reports for management and recommending areas for improvement and optimization.Manage campaign performance against budgets & targets to ensure programs are within spend limits, with ability to make suggestions as needed to meet company goals.What you will bring:

Required

BA/BS Degree in marketing or related field5+ years of multi-channel campaign marketing and/or segment marketing experienceExperience in full end to end formulation, planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaignsDemonstrated success with managing and implementing integrated campaign initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization, i.e. the ability to create a new campaign from scratchDesirable

Experience in B2B marketing a must, additional SaaS marketing experience a plusHigh energy, excels managing multiple projects/campaigns concurrentlyExperience with target/named account-focused programs in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role.Creative thinking to overcome challenges, enjoys working in agile teamsHow you will benefit:
