Job Description:

Technical product marketing evangelizes Uniphore products to both technical and non-technical audiences by expressing the product's technical capabilities through customer stories to our target audiences. As a Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you understand our customers, their businesses' obstacles, and how Uniphore can guide them toward a solution. You are using technology to know how to assemble the various Uniphore products into solutions. By working closely with our marketing, engineering, product management, and sales engineering team, you will carry that message down the funnel to accelerate deals. In this role, you will also be responsible for communicating and surfacing deep customer and product insights into product development.

Responsibilities:

Produce and maintain technical content such as demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, technical white papers, and demo day webinarsProvide technical guidance and support demonstrations for analyst report submissions and briefingsRepresent Uniphore at industry events and trade showsSupport acceleration of the sales cycle by providing enablement tools to sales engineeringCollaborate with the marketing and product teams by providing technical input and anticipating technical product needs for future productsTrain marketing teams on product specifications and functionalitiesContribute to marketing strategies by staying abreast of market trends and associated technologiesRequired Qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer scienceTechnical background or solid understanding of SaaS platforms, CCaaS vendors, and how technologies integrate with web servicesExperience with AI/ML, including using APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face - is an absolute must.Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Python to showcase integrations to other platforms is an absolute must.Experience in video production, motion design, and editing with Adobe Creative Suite or other video editing tools, as well as 2-3 years of experience developing demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, etc., is preferred.Can turn platform demonstrations into compelling videos and job aides for technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to translate and prioritize end-user needsLead cross-functional teams and meetings to get the alignment needed to prioritize workStrong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projectsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive narrativesWilling to travel up to 15% to attend trade showsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a high-growth startupAction-oriented with a focus on speed & resultsAbility to thrive in a no-boundaries culture & make an impact on innovationPrior knowledge of SaaS, AI, Contact Center preferred.

Hiring Range:$169,800 - $233,500 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
