is looking for an

Art Director/Designer hybrid

to join our creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will wear many different creative hats from developing social graphics one day to creating large-scale murals the next. You will do hands-on design for experiential activations, social media and print collateral. Conceive and implement design concepts and strategies in multiple digital media and oversee them to completionAssist creative team to quickly create compelling visuals, from initial comps to final assets for digital/social and print• Support new business presentations with visual storytelling and the creation of mock-ups• Work within brand guidelines while challenging yourself to think out of the box and elevate creative solutions• Motivate and mentor junior members of the team • Align with our Project Manager to prepare budget estimates for client projects•

Ensure on time delivery and accurate execution against creative briefs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience working within a marketing agency, or other creative team environmentsPortfolio of thoughtful work that shows your conceptual abilities and design execution skillsFluency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and KeynoteProficiency in 3D rendering software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4DKnowledge and application of color theory, typography, and design principlesExperienced in hands on design for digital, social, experiential and print deliverablesEager to evolve your skillset and expand capabilities as a well-rounded designer

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
