Position Purpose

The person who takes on this role will develop sales teams and expand our reach into new national and global markets. They will be responsible for building key relationships, identifying new potential accounts, and creating and implementing marketing and communication plans and materials to support the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Global & National diversification of ZeroTouch product through strategic 1-3yr roadmap execution, developing a global network of partners to accelerate sales strategies.Managing sales force, conducting direct sales, and escalating opportunities.Building and motivating a team to meet business objectives.Designing commission plans, monitoring quotas and territory coverage, recommending resources for sales goal execution.Establishing KPIs, revenue forecasts, metrics, pipelines, and action plans.Driving proposal and contract processes with Sales Operations.Reviewing, negotiating, and executing customer terms and NDAs with Operations.Developing and executing marketing strategies through a blend of strategy and execution while working closely with Senior Leadership to address market needs.Creating value propositions and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and conducting market intelligence on prospects and competitors.Leading marketing efforts by coaching the team on utilization of various content types effectively and training the sales team on access and use of marketing materials.Overseeing the development of strategic collateral and electronic sales tools and collaborating with external design resources.Collaborating with Executives to create key messaging and executing action plans for high-value offerings.Designing marketing materials including brochures, videos, and customer presentations, while ensuring consistent branding and professional image.Managing integrated marketing programs across platforms including websites, SEO, PR, tradeshows, and social media, and evaluating for improvements.Fostering trust by prioritizing client interests, maintaining professionalism in all circumstances, and delivering on commitments with authenticity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience in complex metrology solutions for capital equipment, preferably in automation and metrology industries.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools.Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.Possesses self-awareness, authenticity, positivity, and openness to feedback.Comfortable with Conflict Resolution and Ambiguity.Strong communication skills across various levels and functional groups, adept at determining and conveying relevant information to multiple audiences including stakeholders.Utilizes business principles and financial metrics to drive decision-making, monitor KPIs, and adapt strategies based on market dynamics.Creativity, risk-taking, and idea generation, encouraging others to act on new concepts and challenging conventional thinking.Demonstrates ownership, resilience in uncertain situations, and a proactive approach to challenges with high levels of accuracy.Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to assess strengths and weaknesses of solutions, foresee potential issues, and make logical decisions. Considers key organizational factors to create a long-term vision, develop strategies, and drive alignment among stakeholders.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience required.At least 7 to 10 years of sales leadership experience including a minimum of 3 years managing employees in a global leadership role.Proven experience in selling high-dollar capital equipment products to customers.Experience penetrating, securing, and managing large major and multi-national accounts.Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing communications, and public relations activities.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as SalesforcePossess valid driver's license, reliable vehicle insurance, and willingness to travel occasionally.
