Our
Graphic Designer I
create compelling visuals for print and digital content and are responsible for quality, finished products based on client needs, and our company standards. They follow schedules to ensure projects meet objectives, print requirements, deadlines, and are within budget.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Hybrid (once trained)
What You'll Do:
- Produce high-quality design for customers including advertising campaigns and various print products (70% print production and 30% design)
- Work within templates, brand standards and guidelines. Follow established processes for designing, spell checking and proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work efficiently through high volumes, meeting tight deadlines within established budgets.
- Exhibit a high attention to detail to ensure design requests and edits are met.
- Stay on top of advancements in software, creative techniques, and trends. Research and initiate ways to improve pre-production.
- Exercise flexibility as required by the schedule.
- Respond to emails to help customers as well as the sales and marketing team.
Skills and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design is preferred
- Minimum of 2 year experience in design for print and layout design required
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and photoshop is required
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
