About the Job:
We are looking for creative individuals pursuing a career in marketing who possess energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility. Key responsibilities include:• Partnering with the Marketing Director and Property Managers on marketing efforts.• Monitoring and tracking marketing efforts.• Assisting in carrying out the marketing calendar.• Researching trends on social media to ensure our content and strategy is effective and reaching the intended audience.• Maintaining our online presence.• Creating engaging HTML-based emails to send to leads and previous customers.• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews in a timely manner.• Ordering marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, business cards, and review cards.• Proofing all marketing materials for accuracy.• Preparing marketing presentations.• Maintaining and updating the Association Membership database.• Ordering promotional materials such as mugs, pens, shirts, and property signage.• Organizing and maintaining all Canva designs on our shared drive.• Participating in Marketing and Property Managers meetings.• Participating in meetings with our Internet Marketing Company.• Working on special marketing projects and other administrative assignments as directed by the Marketing Director.
Job Requirements:• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of marketing experience.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to work with minimal supervision.• Experience with Canva is a plus.• Must be able to work in the office
