About the Role

The Associate Website Producer for bananarepublicfactory.com is responsible for scheduling and managing the marketing content for Banana Republic Factory’s digital presence in the US and Canada. This role will produce marketing campaigns across our e-commerce channels (i.e. site, email), tracking all deliverables and driving issue resolution as related to each of our projects. This role will support the Website Producer in managing site and email marketing launches from ideation to execution, ensuring that the scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined and met.

What You'll Do

Drives the review and final sign-off of site and email content by assisting in leading key meetings owned by Production, recording feedback and action items and communicating recap to owners for follow-up and completion.

Use site development tools to create marketing content and schedule deployments while coordinating proofing with cross functional partners. Works closely with marketing, copy, production, and design to ensure site accuracy.

Lead cross-functional QA across teams to ensure all site and email content, linking, and legal details are accurate before deployment. This role also performs a final assessment and approval for all content before publishing.

Ensure French translations are finalized with our localization partners ahead of any Canada content launches.

Coordinates project activities from various business partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Inventory Management, Web Developers, IT, Operations, and 3rd party vendors.

Ensures project is launched on time and meets initial requirements. Keeps management and cross functional partners notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule.

Develops and maintains documentation, templates or tools to maintain a shared knowledge base among the Production team.

Assists team on various projects to help improve the overall site experience or enhance our internal tools.

Updates and maintains various documents used cross-functionally to support promotional launches.

Who You Are

Working knowledge of site and email marketing, including direct experience with site and email deployment tools and technologies.

Ability to influence and coordinate activities among cross-functional, cross-branded teams.

Project Management skills.

Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.

Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

1-2 years of detailed task planning and execution experience

1-2 years of related online experience with a strong preference for e-commerce

Salary Range: $68,900 - $99,900 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
