Senior Content Manager

As a Senior Content Manager, you will develop and implement curation and content programming on “Today’s Picks”, a new curated sort on the homepage. You’ll be instrumental in connecting users with the best content and experiences with the most relevant audience, while keeping the homepage fresh, vibrant, and exciting with new content and updates.This full-time position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to Senior Lead, Developer Relations.You will:Source established, emerging and diverse content from our global creator communityLead content strategy and programming for different user cohorts, developing themes around content releases and cultural trendsBuild and maintain a process for gathering insights, content updates and roadmapsCollaborate and project manage with product, engineering, data science and marketingEstablish goals, create metrics for monitoring, measure impact, and ensure content meets objectivesLead content calendar, communications, coordination and scheduling with creatorsCurate content for new markets and player cohorts, working with international teamsIdentify and implement new creative opportunities with partnerships, and marketingYou have:6+ years of experience in Roblox community, with a deep understanding of Roblox players, creator community, and platform trendsExperience in content management, digital publishing or similar areas (preferred but not required)Experience shipping cross-functional projects across multiple teamsExperience collaborating with creatorsSuperb organization and project management skillsOutstanding attention to detailClear and concise communication skills
