Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of marketing experience is required, with a significant expertise in digital marketing, web marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital transformation and leading long-term digital marketing strategies that result in substantial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Proficiency in the latest digital marketing technologies and platforms is essential, with preferred skills in Salesforce and Adobe.
