Field Marketing Coordinator

to our talented team! The Field Marketing Coordinator report to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing and will collaborate with a team of fellow field marketers to implement field events including tradeshows, seminars, virtual/hybrid events, webinars and digital activities that support our software and SolidProfessor business (which was just recognized in an article in Forbes Magazine). Trade shows will require pre-event strategy with cross-functional teams, in-person set-up and staffing, and post-mortem feedback after show. Therefore, this exciting role will require 30%-50% travel all throughout the US, including several overnights every quarter. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for prioritizing event budgets and tracking key metrics to support sales goals, as well as developing and maintaining effective updates with a feedback loop of communication across teams.Our culture is driven by our core values -

If these values are engrained in your core and you aspire to work at a fun, empowering, and dynamic Company, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the next step in your marketing career!WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS EXCITING FIELD MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLEPlan, develop and manage our B2B & B2C North America regional event programs and design impactful experiences to build awareness, capture lead generation, and extend air cover for our brands, products, and servicesWork on promotional/social activities, manage logistics and creative requestsA front-line resource enabling Sales with information on upcoming activities, post-show outcomes, marketing assets, deliverables to be aware of, and campaigns to utilizeWork closely with Sales representatives on top account targets, vertical markets, and book of businessProvide support for internal workflows, timelines within Monday.com, and vendor contractsCreate a master field marketing calendar, support event requests, provide ongoing research of region-specific industry eventsOwn swag requests, ordering, and managing of dedicated budgetBuild company culture by supporting internal company eventsSupport our SolidProfessor brand with virtual, in-person and hybrid events, webinars and activities that drive awareness for business initiatives

WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS FIELD MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLEMinimum of 2 years of B2B virtual and in-person event management/coordination experienceExperience proactively communicating with Marketing department stakeholders, Sales leadership, and Sales and Customer Success team membersMust have experience with the following programs:Marketing Automation knowledge (HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.)MS Office (including Excel)Project Management experience (Monday.com, Jira, or Planner)Virtual Meeting Experience (On24, AccelEvents, Whova, Zoom, etc.)Webinar Tools (GoToWebinar or Zoom)CRM system (SalesForce, NetSuite, or HubSpot) is a plusWordpress and Marketo knowledge is a plus

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the base pay range for this role is between $56,600 and $85,000. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
