Your Responsibilities on the TeamMonitor and maintain the Inland Divisions social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.

Collaborate on social media strategy that boost engagement and new followers.

Communicate with our followers on a daily basis via witty and informative posts through Sprinklr. Monitor Sprinklr daily for messages & approvals of Regional posts.

Respond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the planning, implementing and managing of weekly schedules for all social media content relative to our brand.

Facilitate creative content ideas and write copy that is consistent with our brand and incorporates SEO best practices.

Monitor social media forums and community platforms, trends, and tools to recommend strategic plans.

Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring.

Maintain website (update renderings, floorplans, photography, videos, copy and all links).

Request coming soon community info from Project Management at least 3 months prior to Grand Opening.

Update website with coming soon communities.

Write copy for new communities that incorporates SEO best practices for .

Resize photography for new communities on the website.

Weekly Site Improve maintenance (checks misspelling and broken links).

Follow up with website assets.

Schedule and follow up on photography & videos needed for the website.

Follow up to make sure that the BDX feed is activated.

Maintain and manage all Obeo Virtual Tours.

Create weekly update report Responsible for maintaining and updating SEM (iCrossing) program.

Responsible for reviewing BrightEdge weekly dashboards and revising strategy accordingly.

Monthly / Quarterly Responsibilities:Create/update social media ads monthly.

Brainstorm and facilitate creative content ideas for The Open Door Blog monthly.

Prepare for Quarterly website audit.

Review Quarterly website audit results.

Additional General Duties:Filing, faxing and emailing as needed .

Respond to emails on a daily basis.

Assist with Marketing projects as needed.

Special projects as needed.

Subscribe to competitors websites and sign up for interest in new communities.

RequirementsCollege preferred, but not required.

Minimum two to three years related work experience.

Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Accurate typing-

65-70wpm.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Motor Vehicle License - unrestricted.

Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $24.54 - $34, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
