* This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; Denver, CO; or Frisco, TX. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive company growth, with a laser focus on reducing disconnects and managing the Broadband customer base. This role is responsible for tightly managing quarterly forecasts, developing strategies informed through base segmentation, and creating business cases for all base management initiatives factoring in market dynamics and consumer patterns. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager will work with multiple internal and external groups such as Finance, Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Operations to define and implement strategic vision. Lead the discovery phase for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve subscriber and revenue growth, QGP outcomes and targets. Inform strategy and high-level business rationale in-quarter, taking ownership across matrixed organization w/focus on customer targets and revenue. Ensure analytics, In-mortem analysis, performance management frameworks/scorecards are in place to drive toward commercial goals, business case expectations and inform in-quarter decisioning, contingencies, and optimization to win the quarter. Collaborate closely with FP&A, channels, marketing and GTM teams to drive successful steering of QGP outcomes. Distill large amounts of information into clear solutions - provide critical inputs into the creation of the quarterly outlook and steer delivery of QGP goals. Drive pacing to target, risks/opportunities and recommendations to leadership, drive alignment and execution across working team to win the quarter on weekly basis. Responsible for identifying targeted opportunities based on segmentation of the customer base, competitive landscape, business performance and customer struggles. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to retain customers. Model business impacts and develop business cases for critical initiatives Implement quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless execution of offers in market and performance management. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience: 6-10 Years - Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Financial competence/business case development - Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment obj ctives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budge Forecasting and results measurement - Ability to lead planning cycle in fast paced and highly competitive industry with collaborative approach. Strategy Development - Experience in defining and leading marketing strategies.
