What you'll be doing:

Collaborate with a team of Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Account Managers to lead conceptual copywriting for keynote and campaign work. Create with your friends in executive-level Marketing, Product, Event, Web, and PR to develop a full range of ideas and assets for campaigns, conferences, keynotes, product launches, and more.

What we need to see:

Exciting samples of how you concept, write for, build, and conceptualize big ideas and forward-thinking creative concepts, especially around abstract and technical subjects. A PDF or online portfolio should show 5–10 diverse samples covering copywriting, video, and campaigns.

Demonstration of the fundamental principles of copywriting, and pairing with a Creative or Art Director for brand, layout, typography, video, photography, and 3D.

Leadership in creative thinking for script writing for both conceptual and technical videos and a shown ability to deliver showstopping campaign ideas.

A love for technology and an ability to understand hi-tech products and explain their value in simple and engaging ways.

Your ability to take intent and direction from your peers and leaders and apply your writing skills to build a vision, iterate quickly, revise, and produce outstanding work.

Evidence of how you seek out and evangelize the latest creative and design industry trends and technologies, and adapt to change.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, and tracking your work in job tracking tools such as Workfront.

10+ years of proven experience (and at least one year at an ACD or CD level) working with established brands, building or extending campaigns, collaborating with executive-level leadership teams.

A BFA, BS, or MFA in Creative Writing or equivalent field is required (or equivalent experience).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience working in-house and/or with a B2B audience.

Expertise in using AI in your conceptual and writing workflows.

The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
