A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. The role demands a high-level strategist with strong leadership, creative, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a large team, overseeing a substantial budget, and maintaining a strong media relations strategy. They should also be able to demonstrate the ability to innovate in response to the evolving landscape of higher education marketing and communications and to work effectively in a diverse, service-oriented environment.
