Our client, a global e-commerce company, is looking for a talented and dynamic Product Marketer to drive inbound product marketing and outbound go to market strategy for seller experiences. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a marketing team working with small business around the world. This role will partner cross-functionally with product, design, research, marketing, communications, customer service and sales / market teams.Rate: $50hr-55hrLocation: San Jose, San Francisco, Seattle, NYCHybrid 2-3x week onsiteDuration: Until December 2024

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the product value proposition narrative and go-to-market strategy for Seller Experiences and ensuring business success of these sellers.Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer and competitive insights, build audience segmentations and opportunity sizing.Create customer feedback loops during the product and marketing development process to refine the product narrative and value proposition articulation.Develop product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming and external facing proof points.Manage the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches and ensure execution and impact measurement.Track customer engagement, product adoption, and business success post the loan distribution.Partner with channel experts across in-product content, marketing, PR communications, customer service, in-market teams, and sales channels to generate demand.Identify internal product market fit tracking metrics; synthesize customer feedback to provide signal amidst the noise across the product life cycle: development, launch, and optimization / expansion.Build up the value proposition leveraging the voice of the customer to optimize product marketing messaging and to advise on product recommendations.Define key metrics for success, and track progress against goals for the product launches and in-market growth adoption of existing products or services.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in an e-commerce marketplace.Strong track record of developing product and go to market strategies at e-commerce companies.Proven ability to drive innovation, execute projects with excellenceSuccess working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skillsStrong data analysis skills and experience with customer research techniquesIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
