The Position:

As a Graphic Designer | Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate marketing initiatives and facilitating seamless communication between the sales, marketing, and production teams. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the creation and production of internal samples, providing essential graphic and product images and information to the marketing team, and collaborating with internal sales team to provide samples and training tools necessary to meet customer’s needs.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

Material Coordination:

Coordinate and supply materials required to support corporate marketing needs, ensuring timely delivery.Information Management:

Provide graphic assets, product information, and pricing details to the corporate marketing team for use in promotional materials and campaigns.Self-Promotion Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal sales teams and customers to create and produce self-promotional materials, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.Case Study Coordination:

Identify customer orders suitable for use as case studies and coordinate with the corporate marketing team to produce and distribute internal sales materials.Video Content Creation:

Work with sales and marketing teams to create basic video content for social media platforms and High Spot, and internal training.Swatch Book Production:

Manage the production of swatch books and coordinate sample creation and distribution, ensuring availability of relevant samples for customer needs.Sample Department Management:

Oversee the supply of samples in the sample department, working with the team to ensure the availability of appropriate samples for customer requirements.Book of the Month Design:

Coordinate and design the "Book of the Month" sent out to the sales team through the PCNA marketing team, showcasing featured products and promotions.Sample Creation:

Create samples demonstrating our capabilities for the sample department, ensuring alignment with customer needs and brand standards.Presentation Support:

Work with inside sales and leadership teams to produce PowerPoint presentations for internal and external sales presentations, utilizing PCNA templates and visual assets effectivelyTrade Show and Sales Meeting Support:

Collect samples throughout the year for use in trade shows and sales meetings, contributing to the success of marketing and sales events.Training Tools Development:

Develop internal sales and production training materials, including new product updates and material information, to equip the team with the necessary knowledge and resources.Website Content Support:

Provide support with images or samples for website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing online user experienceSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
