ForeFlight is looking for an outstanding UX Researcher to join our Product Design team. This position is for a motivated individual well-versed in mobile application research and design, who has a background in or passion for aviation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the user advocate on a multi-disciplinary teamWork with Product Designers and Product Managers to create effective test plans, prototypes, and desired outcomes for testingSchedule and coordinate users for testing sessionsConduct research activities throughout a project lifecycle - from exploratory research and interviewing to usability testing the final implementationDistill research insights and findings and make recommendations for further iteration and testingHelp develop and maintain research libraries including personas, test findings, etc. that can be shared across the companyWe're looking for someone with experience with:
A wide variety of UX Research methods including structured, unstructured, and hybrid interviewing, moderated and unmoderated task/scenario-based usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, A/B testing, etc.Conducting larger-scale quantitative studies such as surveys and questionnairesRecruiting, scheduling, and coordinating users for testingData analysis of research findings, distillation, and story-telling with stakeholdersFacilitating scope discussions with stakeholders based on research findingsBonus points if you also have experience with:
Showing initiative and self-startingWorking on a multi-disciplinary and/or Agile teamAnalyticsDesign tools such as Figma & MiroAviation or another data-heavy industryAbout ForeFlight, LLC
