We are looking for a Marketing Assistant for a top beauty company in New York, New York!
Pay Rate: $39/hour
Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall maintenance and merchandising of the beauty brand website, including coordinating the fixing of site bugs, managing product catalog, content updates, and building new landing pagesTicket reporting, prioritization and management with external agency supportMarketing, campaign and product launch activation managementTechnical reporting and monitoringOwnership of the complete QA lifecycle (both visual and functional)Support of in-store activations, offers management, website creative updates, and product review reports (deals and samples page on LOP.com)Lead weekly status meetings and oversee agendas, active projects, assignment of action itemsRequired Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in Site Management and MaintenanceExperience managing a variety of complex, fast paced, high volume projects at once, keeping delivery excellence in mind at all times.Proven track record in project management with a sharp eye for detail. Attention to detail and ability to identify issues is criticalExperience in managing a team, both as direct reports and external agenciesCPG marketing expertise; Beauty experience - a plusAbility to navigate a diverse and highly matrixed organizationStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage & influence key stakeholdersHighly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and consensus on initiativesIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
