We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Digital Sales Optimization Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through the effective management and optimization of various digital marketing channels including email, SMS, popups, Facebook ads, Google ads, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, analytics, and a proven track record of optimizing sales funnels to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to optimize sales across multiple channels including email, SMS, popups, Facebook ads, Google ads, and other relevant platforms.Analyze marketing data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continually improve campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and goals.Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs to ensure goals are met or exceeded.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales optimization.Manage budget allocation and optimize spending across different channels to achieve maximum efficiency and results.Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA or advanced degree preferred)Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on sales optimization and revenue growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.Demonstrated experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Compensation & Benefits:
