Growing together.**This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Our office is located at 600 Country Club Rd Eugene, OR.We offer weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.**Primary Responsibilities:**+ Check afterhours images of patients in RAPC on the Exam done list to make sure the patients are merged, before the radiologists get here to start reading in the morning+ Run the daily schedule (Status Report) in EPIC to check for same day add-on patients and then check in RAPC for duplicate patients to merge, then mark Pacs verified in EPIC+ Run (status report) for 2 weeks out to be able to request prior mammograms from MMI if needed and verify in pacs. Due this daily but add one more day to stay this far out+ Check "In basket" for messages to process or reply, etc.+ Check film library fax and film library inbox frequently for requests to process+ Check the "ROI work queue" to complete requests for images/reports for outside facilities, patients, etc.+ Process patient requests via phone, email, fax etc.+ Burn CD's and/or print reports and document in EPIC under the Release of information section. quick disclosure is for patient requests+ Always bounce back and forth to RAPC to watch for add on xray patients "in progress" to quickly merge if needed before the radiologist gets to it to read+ Answer radiologist help line when it rings+ Get needed physicians for radiologist when requested+ Alert radiologist to a "Call report" if needed+ When needed request prior mammograms or other studies for radiologist when requested.+ Communicate necessary info with coworkers in a timely fashion+ Load images into Pacs and send note to PCP in Epic+ Keep up supplies of CD's, mailers and fed-ex suppliesYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.**Required Qualifications:**+ High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience+ Must be 18 years of age OR older+ 6+ months of prior experience in healthcare setting+ Proficient in Microsoft applications+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Epic and PACS experience_At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
