The ideal candidate is a healthcare champion, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing & Communications position at the company should be versatile marketing and communications professionals with a big picture mindset and the ability to implement tactical strategies. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in Title X or federally funded health programs, sexual and reproductive healthcare, or public health is a plus. The role demands an exceptional writer and presenter, an agile and resourceful team player, and a tech-savvy marketer who is proficient in marketing technologies and data analysis. The candidate should be an adept manager, experienced in building and coaching teams, and be adept at crisis communications and reputation management.
