We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Designer, you will lead projects from concept through execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions.Specific ResponsibilitiesLead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and impactful design solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.Experience designing and optimizing email templates for various platforms and devices.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies, integrating new techniques and tools to enhance our design output.Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft 365 and email marketing tools (e.g., Braze, Powerpoint, word, excel, etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate cross-functionally.Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, adhering to deadlines and budgets.Snap One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
