Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather's training and techniques and leverage a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ. Our team encourages members and guests to find what being a champ means to them through their fitness journey.Reports to:

As the Studio Manager, of Mayweather Tribeca you will be the driving force behind our success. You will lead the studio in all aspects of membership retention, employee development, and sales goal achievement. Your responsibilities will include:Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructors.Sales Excellence:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed studio goals, while providing ongoing training and coaching to the sales team.Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff.Marketing & Community Engagement:
Promote the studio through social media campaigns, events, and community outreach.Performance Management:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage payroll and inventory, and maintain studio facilities.Ideal Candidate
Experience:
Proven managerial and operational experience in a fast-paced, membership based group fitness studio.Passion:
Enthusiastic about fitness and committed to creating a positive, supportive environment for our members.Leadership:
A natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Drive:
