Immediate need for an Interior Designer in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking someone for commercial projects related to Education, Healthcare, Office, and Government buildings.Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $48Work From Home/Remote: Hybrid ScheduleRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school5+ years of experience as a DesignerRevit proficiencyFamiliarity with,3D, including Enscape, Lumion rendering software platformsWorkplace Interiors and/or Office Building, Healthcare, Government or Hospitality architectural experience.
Job Duties:
Working independently to address design challenges and make decisions that achieve project and client goals.Completing all phases of the design process including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration on small to larger projects.Developing interior finish materials and construction details.Designing and preparing interior finish presentation boards for review by clients.Processing shop drawings and checking to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.Preparing technical specifications to suit project design requirements along with cost estimates and budgets.Working within an integrated architectural and interior design team to develop all phases of the design process and coordinate interior design with other disciplines.
