Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Strider, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision and strategy for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and intelligence specialists to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences and use findings to inform design decisions.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and intelligence specialists to ensure the successful implementation of designs, advocating for the best user experience.Understand our unique value proposition, our clients, the content, and the context to deliver good UX, then leverage user feedback, site analytics, and industry best practices to improve upon that experience.Ideate, initiate, lead, and participate in in-person and virtual design thinking workshops.Design ideal customer-centric experiences while also providing iterative short-term approaches.Create deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.Create data visualization with a focus on making those visuals helpful to clearly understand.What you will need to be successful:

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful contributions to shipped products.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred.Benefits:
