Our Life Science Connect Digital Content Team plays a pivotal role in connecting our clients and our readers. The Digital Content Managers (DCMs) are responsible for the production and optimization of content for an assigned set of customers. In addition, the DCMs manage the promotion of client content in our regular and custom newsletters, as well as our publications' social media outlets. When done right, we are viewed as a partner, an extension of our clients' marketing and sales enablement team. We seek to understand, work unbelievably hard to learn what is needed, and then are relentless in our pursuit of providing real help.

To provide the highest level of support to our ever growing list of clients, we need to add Digital Content Managers (DCMs) to our team in Cranberry, PA.

The ideal candidate will possess a fluency in digital tools and website management frameworks such as WordPress. To be successful in this role you will need a history of progressively responsible experience in managing digital content related to the following: HTML, CSS, content management for a highly visible website, social media, and Web publishing.

Essential Job Duties:Client Administration and Communications:Build and maintain relationships with client contacts for the collection and administration of the client's Audience Access programsAssist the Business Development team with the client onboarding processEnsure client Audience Access programs start on-timeExplain production procedures and best practices to clientsHelp Business Development reps identify accounts that are in need of more or new contentClient Content Posting and Optimization:

Responsible for ensuring all client content is posted and optimized within the stated 5-business day turn-around timeEvaluate and read the content to determine the proper document type, buyer's journey and technical tags, summary, abstract and if the piece is a fit for our siteOptimize content titles and summaries for search engine optimizationResizing images to our standards for postingClient Content Newsletter Administration:

Populating email newsletters monthly. May include working directly with clients by setting deadlines and collecting specific content for their regular newsletter inclusionsDaily review of newsletter tool to determine sales reps inclusions are correctOptimize content titles and summaries newsletter engagementAssist with custom newslettersProject Management and reporting as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Bachelor's degree (Equivalent work experience will be considered in place of degree)3-5 years of work experience in a content production or customer service roleExcellent communicator - written and verbalGood proofreading and copy-editing skills1-3 years of experience with HTML, extremely comfortable with web and social mediaBasic understand of Google search rankingsHigh attention to detailCapable working alone or within a small teamPREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
