Carboline is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy. This person will report to the VP of Marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
4-year Business or Marketing degree or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years' marketing experience. Excellent communication skills required.
Physical Requirements:

Essential Functions:Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs, press releases & podcasts)Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goalsMaintain a strong online company voice through social mediaSuggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitabilityConduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic dataMonitor ROI and KPIsStay up-to-date with digital media developmentsResearch industry-related topics for trends and relevant topics in the industryDevelop SEO/SEM strategyHelp in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as advertising, social media, marketing automation, optimization and content developmentTake on special assignments as directed by managementEnsure that Total Quality policies and procedures are metPerform additional duties as assignedCommit to the Company's safety and quality programs
