JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this candidate will assist with various efforts to maintain consistency of the brand through all aspects of marketing and collateral material management. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaOn-site signage design, production and install coordinationCompany collateral design, production, and implementation coordinationMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trendsE-mail campaign design and implementationApparel design and production coordinationProduct design and production coordinationWeb design and coordinationMaintain accurate project statuses in internal task management systemsEXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred2-4 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe SuiteStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workExperience in digital marketing preferredExperience in web design and development is preferredAbility to receive creative direction and feedbackAbility to implement process improvement strategiesGood judgement, decision making and forward thinkingMust be efficient, detail oriented and a quick learnerAdaptability to fast changing environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, ability to work as a teamProficient with Microsoft Office Suite
