Strategic Partner Marketing Manager, North America

will be responsible for maintaining and building our marketing partnerships with some of our largest customers in North America. This role helps ensure that we provide the water industry with the quality of service and on-time delivery they need to keep our water safe every day.

This position is part of the Marketing- Account Based Marketing team in Loveland, Colorado, and will be a

hybrid opportunity.

This role will require some travel, up to 20%.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Meeting directly with our strategic partners to support them with marketing resourcesCollaborating with internal Hach marketing and sales teammates to create and execute marketing strategies for strategic partnersDesigning marketing strategies and campaigns that best fit the needs of our partners' end usersManaging commercialization of new products through strategic partners and collaborating with product management on launchesThe essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree; Science-related fields such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering or equivalent is a plusAn MBA or other marketing degree is a plus3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Key Account Management, Program Management, or related fieldExperience working with customers in B2B Industrial settings or similarAbility to travel up to 20%Fluent in English

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
