Digital Media Specialist , you'll collaborate closely across the Marketing team while drawing on your experience to connect with customers through compelling, data-driven social-media content strategies and campaigns. What you will do:Digital Media Strategy

- Establish, expand, and embed a digital and social media go-to-market framework and content strategy in partnership with Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy.Campaign Development

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital/social media calendar, with strategies driving organic growth, brand awareness, and familiarity in partnership with key business stakeholders and agency partners.Community Management

- Manage community engagement and foster meaningful interactions with followers, while adhering to compliance, ad-review, legal requirements, etc.Brand Stewardship

- Cultivate, nurture, and protect the Cetera brand by crafting narratives and stories that authentically embody the core values of the brand.Reporting

- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting on digital and social media KPIs. Make recommendations and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Other duties as assigned.What you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Digital, Social Media Management, and/or Marketing.Proven experience in digital and social media management.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging content.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.Passion for storytelling and commitment to delivering high-quality, on-brand content.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.What is nice to have:

Knowledge of the financial industry and/or B2B business landscape.Experience with paid social/digital advertising and promotion strategies.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in social media marketing.Travel Requirements:

Up to 20%Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
