Norris Furniture & Interiors is looking for an Interior Design/Project Assistant to support a Senior Designer in our Naples, FL showroom. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and positive person who is passionate about interior design, people, and loves the 'details' to work as an interior design assistant.
This position will find you working in a fast-paced environment, in both a creative and administrative capacity. You will be assisting the interior designer in charge of the client's project. You may be scheduling deliveries, following up with purchase orders, accompanying the designer on house calls, running errands, speaking with clientele, working with supporting departments to provide our clientele with the highest level of personal, attentive service. You'll also be assisting on the showroom floor, helping create beautiful presentations of merchandise. This position is ideal for someone who would like to enter the interior design field or who is experienced and thrives in a supportive administrative role.
