Insight Global is looking for an AD of Contract Operations for one of our pharmaceutical clients to sit in Northern, NJ. This candidate will manage a team of 2-3 analyst and senior analysts to help lead through the coordination of contract operations. They will be in charge of chargeback and rebate processing, analyzation of commercial contracting language, as well as the point person for communicatin for internal and external audits. They will provide oversight for all documentation and procedures, support language for payers contracts, GPOs and government entities. Candidate must be able to leverage collective buying power of healthcare providers and all pricing language to be able to negotiate when necessary to benefit the team and company. They will utilize Model N for all pricing management and must have familiarity with this or a similar software.
