Use your UX and visual design skills to wireframe, prototype, and test new product ideasDefine the visual language and overall design system of our applicationsEngage in a user-centered design process that works closely with our strategy, product, and engineering teamsConduct user research and design thinking sessions with customers and subject matter expertsWork alongside our engineers to build your designs using modern front-end frameworks and AWS back-end servicesThink creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the wayContribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparencyThe Ridgeline design team has a set of design skills we hire against and use to measure ourselves internally. 3+ years of experience in digital product designProficient in product design with a solid understanding of how it fits into the product & company processStrong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skillsExperience using a design-thinking process to promote success, learnings, and valueAbility to work with engineering to build creative, feasible solutions that meet our business objectivesStrong problem solving and storytelling skillsAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to assists product managers in planning and scoping of workA shareable portfolio (attachment or online)Bonus :

Compensation and Benefits

[For New York and California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000-$155,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
