The Role and What You'll Do:

We're seeking a dynamic, creative and strategic PR professional to step into an Account Executive role within our U.S. communications team and drive success across several of our key clients. The Account Executive will collaborate with our integrated 160over90 client account teams, and with individuals and teams across the wider Endeavor network, to drive success for our clients.

Our ideal candidate is excited to take on a wide variety of industry verticals, from insurance to sports, real estate to gaming and more. This person lives and breathes media relations and brings an earned media mindset to everything they do. Proactivity, attention to detail and serial curiosity are a must. This candidate will be based in out New York office and have the opportunity to learn from senior members of the team as well as help mentor our entry level staff.

Beyond PR experience, this role requires a strategic and creative thinker who is adept at contributing to teams to deliver success in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Must have a passion for learning, desire for experience across an array of industries and a team-first mentality.

Develop strong relationships with reporters, editors and producers and pitch story ideasDraft press releases, media alerts, FAQs, messaging docs, pitches and talking pointsCreate and maintain targeted media lists and drive media strategyMaintain account status reports, agendas and recapsContribute to larger presentations, pitching ideas, brand campaigns and activationsContribute to brainstorming sessions to develop strategic and creative thinking for clientsCoordinate and staff media facing activations at marquee eventsAssist with new business, including critical research, contribute ideas and drive strategic responseCollaborates closely with our expert social, influencer, sponsorship and experiential specialists on campaigns and projects for key clients.Collaborates with individuals and teams across the Endeavor business, building a network of contacts to help deliver more value for clients and drive new opportunities.You Have These:

Bachelor's degree - Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing preferredAt least 2 years of PR experience, either in-house or at an agencyAbility to communicate effectively and professionally, exhibit strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills and ability to handle a high-volume workloadStrong writing skillsAbility to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groupsWe'd Love If You Also Have These:

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$52,350 annually
