The Internal Communications department at BILL is relatively new (~3 years old) and as a small and mighty team, has been building the foundation for what amazing employee communications means at BILL leveraging industry best practices.

We are looking for a stellar Senior Manager, Internal Communications who thrives on delivering strategic, company-wide messaging in support of our company's priorities. This person should be excited by the opportunity to influence and impact company performance and culture through creative storytelling and dot-connecting. They should also be comfortable being employee champions, providing counsel to senior leaders within the company, driving change management and being able to connect the day-to-day to our business needs.

What you'll do:

Offer strategic guidance to our leaders and cross-functional partners ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.Spearhead the creation and execution of impactful internal communications strategies that align with and advance our company's objectives.Own the delivery of our monthly Company Meeting and our weekly company newsletter in partnership with our internal communications leadCraft compelling communications that empower our leaders to convey key messages effectively, ensuring they reach the intended audiences at the optimal moments.Establish and refine scalable processes to enhance communications across the organization and leadership, ensuring a consistent and impactful flow of information.Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout BILL, leveraging influence to foster strong partnerships and drive alignment.Champion communication practices that foster an inclusive and supportive environment for our hybrid workforce.

#LI-CG1The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$131,000-$164,300 USD
