Job Description Summary:The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and Social Impact, designs and executes the company's corporate communications strategy with focus on cause marketing and social impact. Reporting to the Director of Communications and Public Affairs, the Senior Manager will play an instrumental role in leading an integrated communications strategy to advance the company's mission and enhance its social impact partnerships and engagement opportunities for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate communications, a results-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to building and managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Job Description:

Key responsibilitiesDevelop an integrated social impact and communications strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and business goals.Design and execute the company's social impact partnerships and campaigns to deliver on its commitment to sustainability and social impact and fostering stakeholder engagement to drive positive impact.Develop close relationships with nonprofit organizations, thought leaders, community organizations, and the media to scale programs and amplify impact.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social/digital, and creative teams, to develop strategies that are coherent and resonates with consumers and key stakeholders.Develop and executive strategic communications plan and secure earned media, including through strategic media relations, effective press materials and dossiers, and innovative social media campaigns.Develop and manage employee volunteer programs and giving campaigns.Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices around social impact and cause marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.Oversee crisis communications and develop contingency plans to effectively manage potential issues or crises that affect brand reputation and integrity.Support representation of the company at industry events, media interviews, and other public engagements.Manage 1-2 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, cause marketing, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, cause marketing, communications, and PR, preferably in the beauty industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives.Strong project management skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of brand positioning and reputation management.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.Proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive social impact partnerships and campaigns and communications strategies.Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the beauty and consumer good sectors.A collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.A passion for building a purposeful brand.Commitment to handling confidential information with utmost sensitivity, integrity, and discretion.We offer a competitive benefits package!(*Eligibility may vary.)

The anticipated compensation range is91,000.00 - 172,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
