has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns to meet the needs of a fast-paced department that supports 8 dealership locations in 3 states.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to learn and be exposed to various marketing projects and be a key player in processes from strategy to implementation.

You'll play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing budgets, and analyzing program performance to ensure success. You'll contribute to shaping our overall marketing strategy, mapping out the execution plan, and effectively communicating these initiatives across our network. Under the guidance of our director, you will be highly involved in the company's philanthropic community-based program, Haulin' 4 Hunger which takes place across our entire network quarterly. Your creativity will shine as you craft engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and text, to amplify our brand presence. Additionally, you'll oversee all trade show and event activities, from registration to logistics and communication. This dynamic role also includes managing various day-to-day projects that arise.

This position offers flexibility and convenience with the ability to work remotely. To oversee trade shows and event activities, you will need to be able to work onsite at our locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

Campaign Execution: Support planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Social Media: Manage social profiles, including content scheduling, engagement, and metric analysis.Event Support: Coordinate logistics for company events and trade shows, including materials and setup and post-event follow up.Data Analysis: Track marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insights to improve campaign performance.Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, social media posts, and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing team and graphic designer.Essential Skills:

0-3 Years' Experience: Background in marketing or related fields, with social media exposure.Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about marketing, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Business Acumen: Understands market dynamics and can effectively position solutions.Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to identify campaign gaps and propose improvements.Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively.Adaptable Learner: Quickly grasps new concepts and industries.Efficient Multitasker: Manages time effectively under pressure.Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Qualifications:

Marketing Knowledge: Traditional, digital, content, and social media marketing.Data Skills: Experience using data to make decisions and drive results.Communication: Strong communication and presentation abilities.Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS, CRM tools, HTML, design, and email software preferred, but not required.Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
