Purpose:

To work effectively with residents and families to ensure a smooth transition during move-in into the community. To enhance census development and increase private pay referral base.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Direct sales experience with demonstrated resultsExperience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industryOrganized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environmentProven skills to work independently. Be self motivated and goal-directedExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written communication skillsMust be capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendanceComputer literacyEssential Functions:

Provide tours and education to visitors as a back-up to the community resource directorAssist in lead management and follow-upCoordinate move-in with resident and or family by ensuring the room is ready and paperwork is completed accordinglyCommunicate move-in info to staff electronically (i.e. COVR, email) and postingsCoordinate with nursing staff to ensure timely assessmentsPrepare reports as requiredMonitor and evaluate customer satisfaction. Share results with the Administrator and staff. Work as part of the team to develop appropriate plans to continually improve satisfaction levelsServe as a member of the marketing team whose purpose is to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations. Attend weekly meetings; assist in implementation of quarterly marketing plan, monitor budgets and track resultsAssist with follow up activities as assignedAssist Customer Service

Assist the Administrator in ensuring that all employees are providing excellent customer service to internal and external customersOther
