Our Dallas showroom has an immediate opening for a talented and professional Design Consultant to generate sales and provide an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Cantoni brand. Our experienced design associates are trained retail professionals, many with design degrees, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces.
Responsibilities
Client engagement and sales generation.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Cantoni productsEnsure our clients experience service that is consistent with the brand promise and company's standards.Provide client support and resolution in all aspects of the customer experience.Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.Prospect for new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs and tools.Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner.Expand the customer's connection to the Cantoni brand as well as expand the clients vision through additional items based on assessing customer needs.Impeccable customer service.Feel confident in your design and sales capabilities and feel good taking ownership!You will gain valuable knowledge and insight of the industry.You will get the opportunity to work with and connect with some of Dallas' most elite clientele.Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityDemonstrated enthusiasm for designDemonstrated experience in high-end luxury home furnishings in a retail environmentProfessional leadership and motivational skillsStrong sales experience, communication and computer skills
