Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Design Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes, or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implicationsResponsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementationResponsible for clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key project rolesAssess the adoption risk associated with the change effortCommunicate risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders in business-oriented terms and ensure all controls are in place to sustain risk mitigationIdentify, develop, and execute strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changesCreate a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and controlEnd-to-end Program/Project Management of large programs/projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business with cross-functional implicationsPlan and coordinate project deliverables across multiple service providers in support of project requirementsResponsible for communicating and navigating across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders and managing the necessary forums and steering groups to support the workPlan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completionFacilitate discussions to identify and manage risks and remove roadblocksProvide transparency through the identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks

Requirements:

5+ years of technical and process program/change managementProven ability to manage multiple initiatives, driving timely decisionsAbility to communicate/coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders and executivesStrong communicator, ability to concisely communicate complex informationResults oriented, independently driven, self-motivatedExperience with Agile development methodologyExperience with Business Continuity and related principles/standardsAccess database (coding)MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to translate requirements into executable project plans while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change StandardsHighly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issuesEffectively communicates with managers, peers and business executives on deliverables, timelines and support needed

Pay Range:

$88.91 - $96.91
