Opportunity

The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Analytics will ensure Kohler Home Solutions demand generation and lead management are first in brand consideration, speed-to-appointment, win rate and all relevant conversion points. The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Analytics is responsible for the high quality, high volume and efficient demand generation that fuels the Kohler Home Solutions business. This position is responsible for the performance of demand generation online and offline.

This leader will establish industry-leading capabilities through analytics, insights and technology that helps us connect with perspective customers, drive them to action and manages our lifetime relationship with them. The Marketing Manager-Demand Generation & Analytics will connect consumers with the brand today and in the future by:

  • Using hyper-personalization driven by artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Delivering audience and situation optimized content and an educated qualification and selling process driven by predictive analytics.
  • Utilizing a customer data hub to track and analyze consumer behavior and activate in real-time.
  • Fostering a performance-obsessed culture built on continuously iterative measure-test-learn.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Leverage unified, real-time, compliant, and secure customer data to create and refine audience segments based on in-depth understanding of affinities and intent.
  • Connect and harmonize first party and third-party marketing data for a holistic view of marketing performance and enabling real-time reporting, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content team and our agencies to create engaging, brand building content to personalized content with the best call to action, promo, or messaging for each customer at the right time in the right channel.
  • Build a data-driven culture, internal and external, that is focused on experiences and processes to build capabilities and accountability to be first in speed-to-appointment, win rate and customer satisfaction.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or other field that is highly correlated to making decisions based on Data & Analytics. Master’s/Advanced Training preferred but not required.
  • 5 years of prior experience in lead generation/lead conversion or customer acquisition and conversion in the B2C space. Direct response industry experience preferred.
  • Strong history of building high performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in home improvement demand generation required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Power BI and Microsoft suite of products preferred.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of demand generation best practices and how to engage prospects at multiple points through their buying journey.
  • Build strong partnership and collaboration skills to lead and influence others across the organization.
  • Data-driven orientation with a test and learn mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $138,350 - $177,900. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.  Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
