Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer/Social Media Liaison/Marketer. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creative design, social media engagement, and marketing initiatives. While prior experience in artwork/design and social media marketing is preferred, we welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in these areas.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to create captivating artwork for shirts/garmentsDevelop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagementDesign and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identityAssist in marketing efforts, including email campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising initiativesAct as a liaison between the design team and social media/marketing departments, ensuring seamless integration of visual content
Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw)Strong eye for design and creativityBasic understanding of social media platforms and marketing principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in graphic design, social media marketing, or related fieldsFamiliarity with CorelDraw softwareKnowledge of current design trends and social media best practices
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may flex during busier times) No nights or weekends required
Compensation: Compensation based on experience/knowledge
Negotiable hourly rate ($14 - $22/hour) depending on experienceIRA matched investment planPaid holidays
