JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will play a key role in creating visual content that enhances our brand and supports our marketing and communication efforts. This associate will collaborate with various departments across the organization to produce graphics and designs for both digital and print media.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and design materials for print and digital materials including banners, signs, social media graphics, email templates, and website content.May provide assistance on customized proposal needs for business development team.Gain growth experience working with professional photography and videographyEnsure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all projects.Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message to our target audience.Maintain organized files and records of all design projects, ensuring easy access and reference for future use.

The responsibilities of this role may be customized and focused based on the skillset and experience of the individual.

SKILLS

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and graphics file formats.Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience with the Adobe Suite of products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
