About the Role: The Paid Media Specialist will appreciate the opportunity to offer strategic input and take ownership of critical paid media initiatives. S/he will work closely with key stakeholders across our organization and has a passion for growth-hacking new areas of an expanding business. Description: Tech Elevator is seeking a demand gen marketer to drive the growth of the Tech Elevator brand. The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely driven and goal-oriented, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and has 3 - 5 years of experience. This passionate individual has executed fully integrated digital paid media marketing campaigns in a previous role (preferably agency), and understands the importance of a combined strategy of owned, earned and paid media. S/he produces excellent media plans, creative direction, and performance analysis, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights. Responsibilities * Work closely with the CMO to determine priorities that maintain team profitability and revenue growth-specifically growing incremental customers while driving cost to acquire efficiencies down. * Responsible for hands-on optimization of paid display, paid social, and digital video campaigns across multiple lines of business and multiple platforms including Meta, Google Display Network, Google Discovery, YouTube, CTV, and/or OTT * Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign structure to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per conversion action, increase ROI, grow volume and budgets, and reach business objectives. * Work to meet and exceed channel-specific volume and efficiency goals and offer proactive strategic campaign recommendations. * Regularly report on channels' performance and make recommendations for both scale and efficiency improvements. * Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns have message optimization and creative alignment. * Identify and maintain proper account/campaign/adset/ad structure while adhering to channel-specific best practices. * Copywriting of ads and landing pages as needed to improve user comprehension and increase conversion of target audiences. * Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). * Ideate, create, and support both consumer and B2B media campaigns; create templated campaigns for replication and efficiency. * Tracks website activity and reports regularly on trends in Google Analytics / Tag Manager. * Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations. Experience & Requirements * 3 - 5 years of full-time experience with proven results in paid media, lead generation, quantitative analysis, and management of third party platforms * Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and CTV (MNTN) platforms. * A team player who is pas ionate about their contribution towards delivering great work * Ability to gain useful consumer and brand insights using analytics platforms such as GA4 and various media channel analytics tools. * A proven ability to deliver on strong writing and editing tasks. * Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills. * Strong organization skills; ability to set goals and delivery on priorities. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. * Easily learns and adapts to new technology, software and responsibilities. Working Conditions: * Remote position * Occasional evening and weekend hours as required for events * Occasional travel Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $$41,865.00 to $95,368.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
