POSITION SUMMARYThe Sr. Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the success of U.S. Venture. They are responsible for creating visual assets that effectively communicate and promote our brand, portfolio, capabilities, and activities across all marketing channels. This position will produce innovative designs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Own brand standards and related assets; refresh as needed and communicate changes. Ensure marks are used to protect visual assets (logos, taglines, etc.), where applicable.Develop visual strategy and related visual elements to support marketing campaigns for the U.S. Venture brand and related offerings, ensuring trademark compliance.Establish and maintain a competitive brand/visual/tone database to ensure U.S. Energy stands out within prospective target markets.Maintain a library of digital assets, including photography, brand logos, artwork, video, and complete marketing materials, that the U.S. Venture marketing team can easily access.Lead relationships between U.S. Venture and external marketing-related vendors, including those in print production, web design, advertising, etc. Negotiate with external vendors to obtain competitive pricing and high-quality output.Live our U.S. Venture values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.Continuously learn and develop themselves professionally, leveraging online and in-person training opportunities, along with key industry events.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in graphic design or marketing with an emphasis on design or an equivalent combination of educational experience.Minimum 5 years' experience designing within a corporate setting.A highly creative, enthusiastic, visionary mindset able to absorb limited direction and feedback from non-marketing stakeholders to bring life to graphic designs and assets.Ability to think strategically, collaborate with various personalities, and translate vision into marketing assets supporting brand strategy and business success.Expertise in print and digital design, including hands-on experience with updating websites within a WordPress CMS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines and the ability to think quickly to shuffle projects/priorities as needed to accommodate quick-turn requests.Expertise in:Graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.Microsoft Office programsWeb design and publishing, including WordPressU.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
